Annual Giving Societies

Partner In Philanthropy ($15,000+ annually)

Partner in Philanthropy includes all amenities from the Chairman’s and President’s societies, plus these additional benefits:

• 24/7 access to a Foundation team member
• Access to the private Beacon Lounge located in the ER
• Assistance with scheduling medical appointments
• Expedited registration

Chairman’s Society ($5,000 - $14,999 annually)

• Physician referrals
• Facilitated access to medical records
• Upgraded meals (when approved by physician)
• Invitation to the Annual Donor Reception
• Personalized donor identification card for donor and spouse

President’s Society ($2,500 - $4,999 annually)

• Physician referrals
• Upgraded meals (when approved by physician)

Founder ($150,000 to $249,999 cumulative)
Grand Founder ($250,000 to $499,999 cumulative)
Distinguished Grand Founder ($500,000 to $999,999 cumulative)
Benefactor ($1,000,000 and above cumulative)
Grand Benefactor ($2.5 million to $4.9 million cumulative)
Distinguished Grand Benefactor ($5 million – $9.9 million cumulative)
