The Association for Healthcare Philanthropy honor was earned in three categories
Jupiter Medical Center Foundation has again been honored for the second consecutive year with the prestigious
“High Performer” designation for fundraising revenue and productivity
by the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP).
In its
2024 Report on Giving, the AHP, a leading authority recognizing outstanding health care philanthropy
achievements, recognized the Foundation as a “High Performer”
in three categories: “Overall Revenue High Performer,” “Overall
Productivity High Performer,” and “Healthcare System Revenue
High Performer.” The "High Performer" designation symbolizes
Jupiter Medical Center’s commitment to achieving excellence in health care and maximizing the impact
of philanthropy.
“We are honored to be recognized at the highest level by the Association
for Healthcare Philanthropy,” said Amit Rastogi, MD, MHCM, President
and CEO of Jupiter Medical Center. "As the region’s only independent,
not-for-profit hospital, this recognition reflects the collective efforts
of our hospital, donors and the communities we serve. It is equally a
testament to our continued fiscal responsibility.”
Key achievements that contributed to the Foundation’s "High
Performer" designation include:
- Jupiter Medical Center has fostered strong relationships with the community,
leading to total philanthropic support among the top 25 percent of 158
hospital foundations nationwide who participated in the AHP Report on
Giving survey in fiscal year 2023.
- The Foundation has also demonstrated exceptional fiscal responsibility
and efficiency, achieving productivity scores among the top 25 percent
of hospital foundations nationwide, ensuring that philanthropic contributions
are maximized for the greatest impact on patient care.
“We take seriously the responsibility entrusted to us by our community
to invest in the highest quality of health care,” said Traci Simonsen,
Chief Philanthropy Officer of the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation. “Each
donation given to our Foundation is more than a dollar; it is a commitment
to our community to continue Jupiter Medical Center’s legacy of
providing the best quality health care. I am grateful to everyone who
continues supporting our efforts with their time and resources.”
