JUPITER, Fla. (February 7, 2020) – Jupiter Medical Center is celebrating its latest
expansion and state-of-the-art medical technology coming to the region.
On Tuesday, January 21, the hospital unveiled its plans for a 90,000+
square-foot Surgical Institute slated to open in 2023.
The Surgical Institute will house 16 state-of-the-art operating rooms and
two hybrid operating rooms in a dedicated facility. Development of the
Surgical Institute is in direct response to Jupiter Medical Center’s
explosive growth and patient volumes in both traditional and minimally
invasive surgical procedures.
Jupiter Medical Center has recently completed a new main entrance and 5-story
patient tower. The patient tower houses the Level II De George Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit (NICU), the James & Diane Perrella Patient &
Family Resource Center, the Tansky Concierge Suites, and the Missy &
Peter Crisp Cancer Unit for Women.
