Jupiter, Fla. – Just what the doctor ordered! Jupiter Medical Center Foundation heard women’s
concerns and delivered the needed information during the second annual
Women’s Health & Wellness Conference on Tuesday, February 12.
The all-day seminar welcomed more than 125 women to the Hilton West Palm
Beach for six interactive sessions, ranging in topics from digestive health
to stroke intervention and treatment.
The New York Times bestselling author, stress management expert and wellness coach, Dr. Heidi
Hanna, engaged guests as the keynote speaker. Hanna encouraged women to
invest in their well-being on a daily basis and shared simple practices
that can help women to reduce stress and recharge their lives.
“We’re looking at the whole woman,” said Liv Vesely,
President of Jupiter Medical Center Foundation. “Women are incredible
and we balance so many things. We have to pause and remember that while
it’s our nature to show up for everyone else and take care of them,
we need to also take care of ourselves.”
The annual conference is part of Jupiter Medical Center’s commitment
to meet the needs of the community by delivering excellent and compassionate
health care.
